Breakfast seems to always be a tricky meal-for kids, for adults…really most people! When I ask people about their breakfast habits very often the answer is “I’m just too rushed in the morning” or “I’m never motivated to make something.”
I, on the other hand, ADORE breakfast. It’s my favorite meal. I could eat breakfast foods any time during the day, any day of the week! So when I came up with some breakfast ideas to use with Cloudies I knew I had to do a sweet little breakfast fruit pizza. First of all, it’s adorable, come on! Second, it takes barely 10 minutes to put together. Third, it’s gluten free but still has great nourishment, a hit of vitamins and a hit of protein. Doesn’t this all seem pretty great?

Breakfast Fruit Pizza
Makes 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 c. plain Greek style yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 plain Cloudies Cloudbread
- 2 c. assorted berries
- Powdered sugar for topping
Directions
- In a small bowl whisk together the Greek style yogurt, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Evenly divide the yogurt over the Cloudies then top with some of the fruit.
- Finally, sprinkle with a teeny bit of powdered sugar to garnish right before serving and enjoy!
